Brenden Lavin – Director

With a background in Greenfield and Brownfield telecommunications facility construction, Brenden has established an intricate knowledge base which is diversified across most areas of construction methodology, management of high risk work activities, construction compliance
and completion processes.

Drawing on 14 years of construction experience within civil construction and rigging, in 2011 Brenden transitioned into the Oil & Gas industry and began managing a broad range of high profile construction projects which spanned across three of Australia’s biggest resource projects in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland.

Prior to expanding into Commplete Constructions Pty Ltd, Brenden started Commplete Support Pty Ltd in 2016 providing ongoing consultancy services and systems in the areas of Health and Safety and Quality Management within the Oil & Gas and Telecommunications industries Australia-wide.

Chris Mitchell – Director

With a civil, structural and RF construction background, Chris has over 15 years’ experience within the telecommunications and Oil & Gas industries, predominantly in the management and construction of Greenfield and Brownfield infrastructure projects. Over this time he has
successfully delivered a large variety of projects, including complex builds involving technical rigging and construction methodologies, often overcoming many challenges involved in difficult access and remote locations.

Prior to starting Commplete Constructions Pty Ltd, Chris served a two and a half year role as Operations Manager for a long-standing and reputable NSW-based Telecommunications Construction Company. During this period he was able to implement a number Project Management, Work Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems to assist with company with ongoing ISO9001 accreditation, and was instrumental in helping the company successfully achieve notable contracts within the Government, Telco and Energy Supply Sectors.
