Beau has worked for Commplete since 2018. Starting out in an administrative role, she quickly showed aptitude in developing and implementing processes within the business. Nurturing this ability with additional training, Beau has naturally progressed into her current role.

Beau manages the ISO certification process for Commplete, HR, payroll, document control and she also contracts to other companies as a QHSE Advisor
