Rafael has a broad range of knowledge having completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering prior to bridging into the telecommunications industry in 2008. He is an experienced Electrical Technician on both AC and DC. 

Prior to working for Commplete, Rafael has his own telecommunications technical company for 8 years. His keen eye for detail and his extensive knowledge ensure’s all of Commplete’s projects are handed over to our customers without delay and at the highest quality.
